This machine has been configured as a 5-Axis production grinding system for the aerospace market. The machine is equipped with linear drives, CNC technology, and ATC for flexible manufacturing for complex parts.
The 12-tool auto tool changer can handle grinding wheels as well as drilling and milling tools to enable multi-function operations in one handling.
The 5-axes of progamable travel provide a broad range of capability for grinding and machining helical surfaces and other complex application type workpieces.
