SNK HPS-120B
SNK HPS-120B 5-Axis Horizontal Profiler The SNK HPS-120B 5-AxisHorizontal Profiler was designed through the Finite Element Method (FEM) of structural analysis to increase static and dynamic rigidity. The tilting table mechanism enables more efficient machining of parts that are prone to chip buildup. The part is loaded to a table parallel to the floor and then indexed 90 degrees to present the part to the spindle allowing chips to fall through to the bottom of the machine and conveyed out. The articulated spindle provides infinite tool to part angle approach for machining the most complex workpieces.
