Designed for machiningaluminium parts. The W04 –with direct drive technology in all axes –is equipped with linear motors in the X-, Y- and Z-axes, and torque motors in the rotary axes. Due to design production rates are optimized through minimizingnon-cutting timewhen machining non-ferrous metals. The 4-spindle versionestablished itself within a short period oftimeupon entering the marketas the ideal machine forbrake mastercylinders and ABS valve housings.Based on the monobloc design, theBA W04is equipped with an integrated 3-axis unit anda double swivel table. The machine attainsthe next level ofstability and accuracy at the highest of acceleration rates, maintaining maximum flexibility and productivity. One or two SW 5-axis units withtwo orfour satellites can be installedon all models. The series is flexible, highly productive, and reliable.
