The monobloc is designed as a stiff ’cube’ (QUBE) and carries the 3-axis unit equipped with two or four spindles. The BA 422 is optionally available with two independent Z-axes or a robust, block-type spindle head making themachine faster and more dynamic and providing more power. Complete machining is possible in two set-ups. And the models are designed for medium and high volume production of complex, high qualitycomponents. Wet or dry machining (oil mistlubrication) is no problem. All types of material are possible. Direct mountedclamping fixtures or on 2- or 4-satellite planetarytables. Every satellite equipped with torque drive and separate,direct measuring system. The system can be retrofittedat any time. The models may be equipped with from 4 to 32 workpieces.
