1) All rights are reserved. Any user of the Techspex database service (registered or not) may download this material for his or her own use, only. Any copy of these materials must retain all copyright and other propriety notices contained therein. No other use, copying, or transmission of this copyrighted material may be made without the express prior written consent of Techspex and MV Technology Co.

2) This information is provided AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

3) In no event shall Techspex or MV Technology Co. or its employees be liable to any person or organization for any special, indirect or consequential damages relating to this material.

4) At its sole discretion and upon prior public notice, a fee may become required for future access to the site. Certain users may be charged while others may be provided access without charge depending on their industry role. Terms for use may vary depending on the conditions of access. Access to the password protected areas of the site by any user entitles Techspex and its parent, MV Technology Co., to the following:

a) The user must register using the user registration form provided and is required to enter certain information including name, title, company, address, phone number, email, and other information. Users providing false information when registering may be denied access to the site at the sole discretion of Techspex and MV Technology Co.
b) Free use of the site by a user entitles Techspex and MV Technology Co. to email a periodic newsletter to the user and to provide the user's registration information to a select group of industry experts who are featured suppliers in the Techspex machine tool database. Techspex does not sell or provide user information to any non-industry related entity. It is the intention of Techspex to facilitate the exchange of relevant information between machine tool and related product users and suppliers, only.
c) A user may "opt out" from the terms outlined above by a) not registering or by b) subscribing to the site by calling (650) 726-7007 and paying for use. Paid subscriptions are available as follows: 30 days - $29.95.  90 days - $49.95.  1 year - $99.95. Users paying for the site will not receive any information unless specifically requested and use of the site is completely anonymous.
d) Machine Tool or related supplier companies listed in the Techspex machine tool database who receive user information are required to comply with the conditions for use as follows:

i) Companies may mail or email product information or related descriptive information about their company/products to the user.
ii) Names, addresses, emails, phone numbers or any other data provided may not be sold, given, or in any way shared with any individual or company outside the company except for authorized distributor or sales agents of the company.
iii) Any information that is emailed should be accompanied by a "remove" link to enable the recipient to easily opt-out from receipt of future information.
iv.) Failure to comply with these requirements will result in discontinuation of receipt of future contact information.
