Sodick linear servo motors for CNC die-sinkers can reduce EDMing
time as high as 50 percent. Since there are no ball screws or
couplings, backlash is totally eliminated. The menu-driven
control automatically writes the NC code for the operator, while
inserting the optimum cutting conditions. With its
instantaneous responsive control and no flush technology, our
CNC sinkers can take you to new depths and make the impossible

With Sodick's new Control you can import Parasolid (solid
models) files directly into the control. This unique feature
maximizes the cutting efficiency, reduces the workflow and
eliminates programming errors.
