Studer S141

STUDER is advancing into a new marketsegment - long workpieces. The S141 is designed for grinding spindle shafts, spindle housings, androtor shafts. The machine is suitable to handle many orkpieces in the areas of machinetools, drive elements, aerospace and tool aking. Shortworkpieces with an overhung grinding spindle, but primarily long workpieces up to 1300 mm with an additional steadyrest are the speciality of the all new S141. The maximum internal grinding length is 250 mm whilethe external length is 150 mm. The swing diameter above thetable is 400 mm, the maximum workpiece weight is 250 kg.
