Machinery Solutions, Inc is a Lexington, South Carolina based company, whose goal is to be a highly successful machine tool distributor. Over the past twenty two years Machinery Solutions, Inc. has worked untiringly to build its infrastructure and the systems necessary to support a successful business. We have worked hard to construct and equip our company with the necessary tools and facilities needed to support our customer base.

In addition to the normal required office space, our facility contains:

- Large machine storage bays
- Fully equipped machine tool rebuilding department

The company represents a range of metal working products that it promotes in the North Carolina and South Carolina market. We have developed strong relationships with our customer base by providing services that include being a supplier and a market for their pre-owned machinery needs, machine rebuilding and a strong after the sale service capability. Since new machine tool sales are the core of our business, we plan to further strengthen and expand the type products we offer.

Machinery Solutions, Inc. principals have a total of 60+ years of general knowledge and a broad background in the machine tool industry. We have extensive experience and knowledge of our customer base. The company's principals are the sole owners of the company. The ownership consists of Mr. Frank C. Amick, CEO, and Mr. James E DuBose, President.

Additionally, the company has assembled a capable staff that is equipped to service our extensive customer base. These individuals are highly qualified and experienced in all phases of machine tool sales and service. We are positioned to meet the demands of our customers and contribute to our supplier's success.

Machinery Solutions, Inc. has been operating from Lexington, South Carolina since 1981. The company is organized as a S corporation and leases a 46,000 square foot facility.

Machinery Solutions, Inc. was originally formed to provide a diversified rebuild service for its customers. In 1987 controlling ownership change to the current management and machine tool sales became the focus of the company. The original mission of the company now represents less than 5% of the company's current revenue. The company continues to provide maintenance and machine repair services to major manufacturing facilities of all types, job shops, fabrication facilities and key maintenance support facilities.

- We are located 8 miles from Columbia, S.C. and 20 minutes from Columbia Metropolitan Airport - We have a 46,000 square facility owned by the principals. This facility contains 9,000 square foot of office space for administration, sales, service and applications. The balance of the facility is utilized for rebuilding, showroom, training areas and bulk machinery storage. - We have material handling equipment that includes overhead crane capacity of 10 tons to 25 tons and forklift capacity from 4,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs
