Leadwell BC-700 / BC-700(T)

The Leadwell BC-700 and BC-700T are robust 5-axis head-table machining centers engineered to deliver expanded working envelopes and heavy-duty cutting capacity for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and precision job shops. Upgrading from smaller models in the series, the platform features an expanded 1,300 mm X-axis travel, linear roller guide ways, dual-nut ball screws, and a standard 15,000 rpm built-in spindle with through-spindle coolant to handle complex, large-scale workpieces with minimal thermal distortion. While both variants utilize a swivel head with a ±110° B-axis range and high-accuracy Heidenhain optical encoders for precise multi-axis contouring, the BC-700T incorporates multi-tasking turning capabilities via a high-torque direct-drive C-axis rotary table capable of speeds up to 800 rpm and standard 63T (HSK) tooling. This combination enables the BC-700T to seamlessly transition between high-speed 5-axis milling and heavy turning operations in a single setup, max imizing shop-floor efficiency and machining accuracy.
