Leadwell BC-800 / BC-800(T)

The Leadwell BC-800 and BC-800T are mid-to-large capacity 5-axis head-table machining centers designed to handle heavier, larger-scale workpieces with high precision and dynamic accuracy. Stepping up in overall size within the series, the platform offers an extended 1,520 mm X-axis travel, a 720 mm Y-axis travel, and a large $\text{\O}650\text{ mm}$ embedded rotary table, all supported by a rigid frame with roller linear guide ways and dual-nut ball screws. Both models feature a high-speed 15,000 rpm built-in spindle, a swivel head with a $\pm110^\circ$ B-axis range, and Heidenhain optical linear and angle scales for exceptional multi-surface contouring. The BC-800T expands on this performance by adding integrated multi-tasking turning capabilities via a high-torque direct-drive C-axis rotary table (up to 800 rpm) and standard 63T (HSK) tooling. This allows the BC-800T to combine complex 5-axis milling and heavy turning operations into a single setup, drastically cutting down part hand ling and cycle times for substantial industrial components.
