Makino D800Z
The largest model in the D Series to date, the D800Z offers four spindle configurations including CAT #40, CAT #50, HSK-A63, and HSK-A100. The built-in dual axis rotary table features the "trunnion style" configuration which enables machining of all five faces of the workpiece, complex machining of 3D surfaces, and simultaneous multi-axis motion. The advancedMakino Super Geometric Intelligence (SGI.5) software, which was designed for handling high-feedrate, tight tolerance machining of complex 3D contoured shapes is included and enables exceptional close tolerances in such applications. ATC Options also include 48 and 80.
