YCM TV188B Vertical Machining Center Unique Design of T-base Structure ▲The unique T-base structural design is one of the many innovations developed by YCM and is patent in Taiwan, China and the USA. Its overhang free table movement is supported by highly rigid MEEHANITE casting iron to ensure the best dynamic leveling accuracy, machining rigidity, and durability. The patent T-base structural design also offers the smallest machine foot print and the most efficient chip disposal system in its class. ▲The long travel of X-axis lies on the top of the base, where the saddle moves along the full stroke; the cross Y-axis saddle supports the worktable. ▲The T-base rigid structur e has full stroke support and do not have overhang problem guarantees the most dynamic leveling accuracy. High Speed High Power Spindle Design ▲Standard gearhead spindle of maximum of 6000rpm high-speed with the maximum of 18.5kW 25HP (30min) power output and 48kg-m 347.19lb-ft torque. ▲The 10000rpm spindle is deployed with IDD spindle design and oil-air lubrication to lower the deformation caused by heat, strengthen the accuracy and extend the life of the spindle. It can be installed with IDD oil-air lubrication spindle of max. 10000rpm for maximum of 22kW 30HP power output with 36kg-m 260.39lb-ft torque of auto-coil-switch speed transmission. (Opt.) ▲The precise ground gears are oil lubricated and temperature controlled for better accuracy and lower noise. ▲Deployed with precise angular contact ceramic ball bearings for extra axial and radial rigidity to fit the requirements of heavy cutting.
