Tri-Mer Corp. manufactures pollution control for every finishing requirement, including H2SO4, HCl, NH3, chrome, NOx, and particulate. Whirl/Wet is the industry standard for wet dust collection.  it has operates wth minimal water and power and can function 24/7, with zero shut-down. Chemical-free Fan/Separator scrubs sulfuric acid and other corrosive fumes with 1/10^th the water of traditional scrubbers.  Tri-Mer packed tower air scrubbers control inorganic fumes, gases and VOCs at 90%+ efficiencies, maintaining stack emissions to specified ppms. 

Our Michigan manufacturing facility is the largest in the USA for the fabrication of polymer tanks, and specializes in tank projects with constraints on equipment height or footprint, high-capacity tanks, and tanks that require robust structural support – or special access.  Tanks are manufactured in polypro, PVC, CPVC, PE and several stainless steel grades. We also manufacture fume hoods, custom thermoplastic production machinery, material handling equipment and cabinetry for QA labs.
