Felsomat FTC 180
Efficiency is especially important in production technology. Felsomat FTC 180 delivers maximum efficiency, through consistent and modular building blocks, which can be assembled to optimize the process chain. In order to achieve optimum part functionality after heat-treating, important functional surfaces of the gear must be precision machined. The most important functional surfaces are the tooth flanks. Additional geometry that must be hard-precision machined includes: the bore diameter, some end-face surfaces, or, if needed, synchronized friction cones. Felsomat also the ideal machine platform for these processes.
