Mazak IVS-400
Unique inverted spindle design provides maximum stability and high accuracy positioning for high volume production. This unique design has extremely high accuracy due to x-axis feedback and ball screw core cooling. Machine automation can be easily integrated using the spindle to pick parts directly from a conveyor or feeding device. Connect two IVS machines to complete first and second processes. Mazak can supply the automation, material handling, tooling and gauging for a complete turnkey system. All this combined in a compact footprint with maximum accessibility for part and tool setups. Milling and C-Axis are available as option.
