The Nova RTFO can grind the outer race ball tracks and the spherical inner diameter in a single operation through the oscillation of the B-Axis holding the work head.The wheel head unit has two stations for sequential grinding of the ball tracks with work head oscillation and indexing, and the spherical inside diameter with the rotary work part. Grinding of the ball tracks is carried out using the “creep feed” system. Additionally, these CV Joint grinders are equipped with an automatic integrated loader.
