The Tru Tech T93XM Centerless Profile Grinder from Star Cutter is engineered for ultra-precision form grinding where accuracy and stability are critical. Built on a rigid 7,000-lb. platform with a high-density polymer base, the T93XM delivers exceptional vibration dampening and sub-micron accuracy that elevates surface finish and profile consistency.
Integrated workholding eliminates shank runout without the need for indicating, while fully programmable 3-axis control and intuitive touchscreen programming streamline complex grinding operations. The machine supports wheel profile grinding, plunge grinding, and peel grinding using a standard 1A1 wheel configuration—providing flexibility across a wide range of profile applications.
Precision ball screws ensure smooth, repeatable motion, and multiple coolant and flow options support optimal thermal control. A wide-angle rotating door design, excellent sightlines, and ergonomic work height enhance accessibility and ease of use.
Optional part automation is available to maximize productivity and efficiency in high-value profile grinding operations. Integrated simulation tools enable virtual grinding to validate processes before production, minimizing scrap and reducing setup time.
