Cincinnati Profiler H-Sereis The Cincinnati HyperMach® H-Series horizontal profiler is a high output machining center for complex-geometry, high accuracy parts. The HyperMach H-series turns the typical profiler concept on its side in a fixed-column, traveling table arrangement. This modular machine design accepts single or nested parts from 2 x 4 m up to 3 x 20 m, with spindle options and speeds and torques to match material requirements. The HyperMach's automatic part load and horizontal spindle work in combination with a high-efficiency drop-through chip evacuation system, further improving productivity by reducing processing and handling time. Designed especially for high throughput and precision machining of next-generation monolithic aircraft component parts, HyperMa ch H-series features high-power simultaneous 5-axis contouring, full-portal structural design and breakthrough ergonomics.
