Due to the exceptionally rigid design of this profiler, difficult-to-cut
materials such as stainless steel and titanium are machined with ease.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
X-axis travel up to almost 200" is available.
B-axis is fully supported by a worm and wheel construction with
scale feedback.
Work tables up to 70" x 98" and supporting weight over 44,000 lbs.
8" diameter boring spindle has 5.1" quill travel and 27.5" W axis
travel for deep hole boring with exceptional accuracy.
A 4-speed gear box provides maximum torque and power for even the
lowest spindle rpm.
U-axis programmable head and other special boring heads available.
