The U53j machine offers larger travels than the U32j while maintaining higher level accuracy and finer surface finish capability over the U3 and U6 machines, and can support wire diameters down to 0.050mm (0.002”). The Hyper-i control contains many practical advanced functions that assist the operator with machine operation, and features an intuitive graphical interface using a high definition 24” class touch screen display for user-friendly operation. The U53j utilizes a stationary work table design and a programmable 3-sided rise and fall work tank that provides excellent ergonomic access to the work zone and minimizes requirements for process automation.
