FORM 20 Mechanical design based on tried and tested C-frame construction. Column, table and quill are made from ultra rigid cast iron to guarantee stiffness and optimized thermal stability. The APG (Advanced Power Generator) is a high efficiency, high output 72 Amp generator that delivers speed, consistency and precision. Just 3.7 kW/hour of power consumption can be expected at full power. Integrated tool capacity for 4 positions. A 2.5 kW chiller is included to maximize repeatability and precision. A unique manual positioning mode lets you erode simple jobs without time-consuming CNC programming. Integrated C-axis with either System 3R Macro, Erowa ITS 50 automatic chuck. Please specify preferred chuck on purchase order. System 3R Macro/Combi chuck also available through special request.
