Makino U86

The U86 provides an ideal mix of machining speed and accuracy in a large stroke machine. The U86 is configured with the split V-Guide wire guide system, and provides submerged operations with to 20.4” thick. The machine utilizes a stationary work table with a programmable 3-sided rise and fall work tank that provides excellent access to the work zone. The machine also incorporates the di-electrode reservoir into the base casting of the machine to improve thermal stability and minimize the machine foot print, and is standard with a high capacity 4 filter filtration system, high capacity dual digitally controlled flush pumps, and a high capacity 66 lbs. wire spool system. The Hyper-i control system provides an intuitive user-friendly interface with a large 24” class high definition touch-screen display that contains advanced help functions to elevate productivity.
