The U6 H.E.A.T. builds on the base technologies of the U6, and adds enhancements to improve machining performance, especially to poor flush machining applications. The Hyper-i control system provides an intuitive user-friendly graphical interface with its large 24” class high definition touch-screen display, and contains many advanced help functions that provide the operator with support to remain highly productive. Enhancements to the U6 H.E.A.T. include a 4-sided hardened stainless steel table, higher capacity dual digitally control flush pumps, a 4 filter filtration system, larger capacity chiller unit, and split V-Guide wire guide system.
