ONA AF-130 Bridge Design, Large Format Wire EDM Ona AF-130 Wire EDM. the largest model in the AF-Modular Series. Capable of machining parts up to 98" x 63" x 23.6" and as large as 22,000 lbs. the maximum taper angle is +/-30 degrees at a depth of 15.75". 6 axes are CNC controlled including X, Y, Z, U, V, and B axes. Wire spool up to 100 Lbs. High cutting speed of 42 in2/minute with wire of 0.013 in diameter and 34 in2/minute with wire of 0.010 in diameter). Surface Integrity is maintained by eliminating electrolyte corrosion without reduction in cutting speed. Ona uses an "ecological filtration" system that aids in low maintenance requirements. The ONA AquaPrima system eliminates replaceable cartridges.
