Studer S151 --> The Studer CT550. Machines with an automatic B-axis in the area of internal grinding, surface grinding, external, cone, and radius grinding for extremely flexible machining of chucking components. Thanks to offline simulation programming and the sophisticated setup philosophy, setup time is significantly reduced. The modular and flexible arrangement of spindles enables optimal dimensioning of the machine, ranging from the machining of individual parts to large-scale production. Studer CT machines also support integrated and autonomous loading systems. Ideal for die plates, spring collets, tool holding fixtures, hydraulic components,thread ring gauges and many other workpieces composed of hard materials like tool steel, carbide, ce ramics and glass.
