ZPS-CNC USA TCH 500 DOUBLE / 80 5-Axis Twin Turret Turning Center with secondary milling and drilling function TCH 500 DOUBLE / 80 This Turning Center Series has been designed for production of shaft-type as well as flange-type components from piece material or bar stock. The NC spindle and drive of rotary tools in the turret enable carrying out of extra-axial and milling operations, machining in the plane perpendicular to the spindle axis as well as milling of spatial shapes by interpolation of the C rotary axis with X and Z linear axes. A lower turret enables simultaneous cutting with two tools such as turning and facing or turning and drilling, etc.
