The CGP Series of high-precision cylindrical grinders feature: friction-free hydrostatic spindle bearing for precision grinding, precision ball screw driven by AC digital servomotor, PLC control with touch screen operation, high-fade Nichrome steel SNCM-220 wheel head, wheel head repeatability of ±0.000050", variable speed work head 10-300 rpm, table travels on one V, one flat guideway, rough grinding, fine grinding and spark-out in one automated cycle, wheel head retracts to park unload point after grinding cycle is completed.
