Heavy slant bed one-piece casting insures high accuracy and rigidity for turning tough materials. Simple gang slide tooling platform allows close positioning of tools for minimal non cut time. This larger model in the GT-ISL Series can handle larger parts with it's 10HP main spindle drive, longer X-Axis travel, and larger tooling capacity. Secondary operations may be performed with slide mounted milling units that can perform on and off center milling, drilling, slotting or other secondary operations in the same set up.
GT-10 Single Piece Casting, Gang Tool CNC lathe with 4,500 RPM Spindle, 1-3/4" Bar Capacity, Hydraulic Collet Closer, 980TDi CNC Control 8.4 " Color Display, 5-Axis Control with 130 mm Flange Axis Motors 10 Nm, 2.5 kW, 3.3 HP with absolute encoders and a 7.5 HP C-Axis Servo Spindle Motor. Table spindle center height is 70 mm. Machine electrical components have a two-year warranty, and mechanical components have a one-year warranty.
