Makino U3

The U3 combines precision construction, advanced generator technology, and a next generation Hyper-i control into a flexible and productive Wire EDM solution. The U3 features an easy to maintain Round Guide and Energizer Indexing system, a 3-Sided hardened stainless steel work table, and an automated rise and fall front door system that provides excellent access to the stationary work table. The machine comes standard with the Pro-Tech circuit to minimize rusting of the work piece, and also has a filter air-purge function that aids in the replacement of the 2 filter filtration system. The U3 is equipped with the Hyper-i control system, which provides an intuitive user-friendly interface with a large 24” class high definition touch-screen display that contains advanced help functions that provide the operator with all of the resources necessary to remain highly productive.
